What We’re Looking For: 
 
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a results-driven agent. This role extends beyond traditional administrative tasks and requires a professional who can anticipate needs, manage marketing initiatives, coordinate events, oversee reporting, and ensure seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, efficient, and always one step ahead, capable of juggling multiple priorities with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

A strong candidate will bring the following qualifications and traits: 
  • Must have or be able to obtain an active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License prior to start (required)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Coachable and eager to grow both personally and professionally
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Canva (required)
  • High performer with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as the right hand to the agent by anticipating needs and proactively addressing tasks before they arise
  • Manage personal and team calendars, appointments, and customer meetings to maximize efficiency
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign coordination, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
  • Organize, coordinate, and execute all marketing events from start to finish
  • Handle client and prospect follow-up to ensure timely communication and nurture relationships
  • Generate, analyze, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly compliance and activity metrics to support business performance tracking
  • Support employee and customer retention and stewardship efforts
  • Anticipate and address the operational needs of the office
  • Analyze, create, and distribute interoffice communications
  • Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions

Compensation Structure 
  • Base Pay (without commission, no prior experience) = $36,400 
  • Average Salary (with commission) = $54,600
  • Top Earners (with commission) = $76,000+
