DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring in new Auto, Home, Life & Health business
- Calling on existing customers
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Explain various policies and products to potential and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Working with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
- Follow sales processes and providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- written, verbal, and listening.

- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
